The next IEEE 802 Plenary Session is November 14-19, 2004, in San
Antonio, TX.
The Hyatt Regency San Antonio has had some recent reservation
cancellations come in, and can now take a few more reservation. As the
cancellations continue, more rooms will become available. If you wish to
stay at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, you can check their availability
by using the passkey link below. Should a room be available for your
entire stay at the Hyatt, it will show up as one of your choices.
Please note: no rooms are available at the Hyatt for night of November
19. The Wyndham St. Anthony is sold out and unable to take any
additional reservations at this time. There are a limited number of
rooms still available at the Emily Morgan. To make your reservation,

Session Registration: Any individual who attends any part of a meeting
that is a scheduled part of an 802 Plenary Session must register for the
session. Registration is available through our secure website or
on-site at the IEEE 802 Registration Desk at the Hyatt Regency San
Antonio. Pre-registration is available through the website only. NO
checks are accepted for pre-registration. The web pre-registration fee
is $300. Pre-registration closes at 6pm PDT, Friday, October 29, 2004
(UTC time: Saturday, October 30, 2004, 1am). After the close of
pre-registration, the web registration fee is $350. Web registration
fees must be paid by credit card. Your credit card is billed at the
time you register! The On-Site registration fee is $350 and can be paid
by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card, by personal,
company, or traveler's checks (in US$ only), or by US cash. All checks
must be made payable to "IEEE 802". Web Registrations may be canceled
