[802SEC] Report on P802.3as conditional approval for RevCom submittal
Colleagues:
This message is to report that the conditions for leaving P802.3as on
the September RevCom agenda have been satisfied.
The 3rd Sponsor recirculation ballot on P802.3as/D3.3 closed on 18
August 2006, approximately as anticipated in July (opening prior to the
4 Aug submittal deadline).
The approval percentage is 93.6% (84.3% return and 10.3% abstain) and
there were no new negatives.
No new disapprove comments were received. One comment was received from
an approve balloter. That comment is out of scope as it did not address
changed text and is essentially a "pile-on" to an initial ballot comment
that was recirculated in the first Sponsor recirculation ballot.
No changes have been made to the D3.3 draft submitted to RevCom.
