Ways to sign offYou can sign off the list (also known as "unsubscribing") several ways. Use the "Web interfaces" page for access to a ListServ® command interface, or the "Email commands" page to generate an "unsubscribe" email request.In some cases, signing off the list might not be necessary. See the case headings below. Temporary stopYou can suspend list email while remaining subscribed. See the Mail Delivery option on the "Options" page.Changing addressesIf you are changing email addresses, and you have access to both the old and new email accounts, you can transfer the subscription, preserving the name and option settings.
