ListServ® subscriber Web pagesTwo Web-based interfaces to ListServ® are available for subscription management. One requires a login with a password; the other does not. Management with a loginThe link below gives access to the most comprehensive subscription management tool available. Note: The Digest and Index subscription types offered by this interface do not work at all; the server doesn't support them. You must be logged in, by email address, to enter. If you do not have a password, you must pick one and respond to an emailed confirmation request before you can enter. If you prefer, you may use the same password for multiple addresses, but you must set it separately for each address. If you forget your password, ListServ® will mail it to you, or you can just choose a new one. If you were previously logged in, you might not need to do so again; the login page can save a "cookie" and recognize you on the next visit. You can choose to log in without the cookie, but you run the risk of being challenged to log in again, at inconvenient times. To reach the login interface, choose the "Subscriber's Corner" link from the IEEE ListServ® main page. The no-login interfaceThe links below give access to ListServ® Web pages, where subscribers can
This interface is not recommended for setting options on an existing subscription. Some changes (in particular, restarting suspended email delivery) look possible, but they don't work without a login. Note: The Digest and Index subscription types offered by this interface do not work at all; the server doesn't support them. Except for a "leave all lists" option, each page supports only requests for the specified list. No login is required, just a subscriber email address for each command. A confirmation request is sent to that address, with instructions for responding either by email (not difficult), or using a Web link (even easier). Most commands take effect as soon as ListServ® receives the confirmation. For a new subscription, you should receive a "Welcome" notice from the server. (The notice contains useful information; you should save it.) After that, you should start receiving list email, unless you subscribed with the NOMAIL option. Links: |
