On Monday, Bo suggested we have a subclause for the Excitation Field, since we are approaching letter ballot. I am fine with either way but we need an agreement so we can approve the PDT.

I checked the table, It seems the referred subclause index in the table needs to be updated according to D0.2. Excitation is still TBD.
