Jack,

(1) There was a bad link that kept you from getting the XLS version. 
I have fixed it:

(2) In the XLS file, I just stuck in <CR> wherever a link break was 
supposed to be.

(3) It sounds like your problem with the PDF went away. If I've 
misunderstood, let me know.
