Dear Task Group bq participants,
Hope all is well with you.
With this email, I am calling for contributions, straw polls, and/or motions you may want to present in our six 2-hour meeting slots in the May 2026 wireless interim (Monday PM3, Tuesday AM1, Tuesday PM1, Wednesday AM2, Thursday AM2, and Thursday PM1).
Of note is that
- motions on technical contributions are tentatively conducted on both Monday PM3 and Thursday PM1
- I may group contributions with similar topics to facilitate discussion; in this regard, I apologize in advance if your request may not be first-come first-serve
- please kindly consider a best practice to upload your contribution/straw poll to our document server preferably at least one day in advance prior to your scheduled presentation. It may help facilitate the review and discussion of your contributions/straw polls. For motions, it is great if you can send your request together with your proposed motion text for participants to preview/comment.
